Paralegal or Legal Assistant - Wills and Estates

We are seeking a diligent and compassionate paralegal or legal support person to join our thriving Wills and Estates team.
About the Role
Working closely with our Wills and Estates lawyers, you will provide essential file and client support, helping to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and formatting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate planning documents

Assisting with probate and letters of administration applications

Managing client communications and taking instructions
-
Maintaining files, document management and diary systems

Coordinating signing appointments and witnessing documents

Drafting correspondence and liaising with external parties
-
Supporting the team with estate administration tasks
-
General administrative and office support as required

About You
You will be a great fit for this role if you are:

An experienced paralegal, legal assistant or administrative professional (experience in Wills and Estates highly regarded but not essential)

Compassionate, patient and able to communicate clearly with clients, including those experiencing grief

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident with document preparation and comfortable learning new systems
